Hi, this is my first time blogging. I am on a journey to a fitter, smaller and healthier me. I am doing this by cutting down on meat. We eat a meatless meal every night for supper. To get fit I am walking a mile on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's and doing Wii Fit Plus for 30 Wii credits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I will be taking Sunday's off for rest.
Well to today. I walked our Great Dane, Abby, for a mile. It took us 27 minutes. My walking goal is to do a 5k at the end of February.
Supper tonight was Black Bean Potato Bugers. My boys loved them.
